Classic Spaghetti Bolognese (Hearty & Authentic Taste)

Introduction

Spaghetti Bolognese is a timeless classic loved around the world for its rich, slow-simmered meat sauce and comforting flavors. This version keeps things simple while delivering a deep, satisfying taste that makes it perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 300g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: dried oregano or basil

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3: Cook the Meat

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Step 4: Simmer the Sauce

Pour in tomato sauce, season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Let simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Step 5: Serve

Serve the sauce over spaghetti and mix gently.
