I’ve lived through toxic relationships, emotional anxiety, and the fear of being abandoned — and now I help women heal, rebuild, and choose themselves.

My Story

For years, I was the woman who loved too deeply, stayed too long, and kept hoping someone would change. I found myself trapped in unhealthy relationships where I was always giving, always trying, always afraid that if I spoke up, I would be left behind.

I lived with emotional anxiety, trauma bonding, and the constant fear of abandonment. I blamed myself for failed relationships and thought love was supposed to feel painful and uncertain.

But deep inside, I knew I was meant for more than survival-mode love.

I stopped chasing emotionally unavailable partners. I stopped begging for love. I stopped shrinking myself to avoid being abandoned.
