Easy Low-Carb Brownies


To create this recipe, I simply adapted my keto chocolate cake into brownies.

Since brownies usually have more fat, less flour, and less leavening than cake, I adjusted the ingredient ratios accordingly.

The first attempt wasn’t perfect, but honestly, recipe experiments rarely are on the first try. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed snacking on the super gooey, fall-apart, flourless brownie rejects!
